Experience
1984 to Present: Founded BH Capital Limited, which is comprised of Corporate Finance Consultants, Management Consultants, Merchant and Investment Bankers, and Legal Consultants offering over 50 years of business, management, and corporate financial experience. BH Capital Limited is a highly experienced resource for banking and insurance institutions, real estate developers, expanding businesses, turnaround businesses, and entrepreneurs seeking alternatives, general business advice, and resources to finance and advance business opportunities. Mr. Lovato is the President and General Manager, consults and assists American enterprise through the use of credit and collateral enhancements along with various instruments such as conventional regulated loans, working capital credit facilities, asset-backed instruments, private or public offering circulars and/or the use of various short-term, debt-oriented mechanisms. Mr. Lovato has a unique understanding of both the debt and equity capital formation processes. Mr. Lovato also owns and manages New Mexico Registration Services, Inc., and New Mexico Business Services, Inc., a title and registration and business service enterprise in Albuquerque.
1990 to Present: Omni Financial is a division of BH Capital Limited and provides a highly specialized type of financing for growth enterprises. This business also provides turnaround consulting for large automobile leasing and sales franchises.
1996 to 2005: Founder and Chairman of Americana Publishing, Inc.'s Americana Corporate Finance Reporter. This National Magazine is a widely recognized resource for business finance decision makers and corporate finance industry professionals. Americana Publishing, Inc. is a public company (OTCBB:APBH). Mr. Lovato has also developed two e-commerce web sites, americanabooks.com and americanasongs.com. Mr. Lovato has published audio books and print books as well as provides seminars on the subject of corporate finance and strategic planning and is a member of the board of a select few of these publishing enterprises.
1983 to 1989: President and Chief Executive Officer of TRVLSYS, Inc., a publicly held holding company (NASDAQ symbol: RITE) which owned an auto rental electronic reservation system, and marketing, insurance, and leasing companies providing various services to travel service companies in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and the United Kingdom. Mr. Lovato developed and managed all aspects of corporate finance activities and was responsible for raising $5,000,000 in public and private financing for the Company. He developed a personnel Policy and Procedures Manual, automated communications software and hardware systems, and oversaw all public reporting requirements to the Securities and Exchange Commission. One of the subsidiaries, Rent Rite Car Rental Systems, Inc., became the eighth largest car rental system in the United States with over 200 locations and 52,000 cars in service.
Mr. Lovato also developed the 19th largest hotel system (Rest-Rite) in the United States with over 200 properties and founded one of the largest independent automobile dealerships. Further, one subsidiary became one of the first chartered Risk Retention Insurance Companies in the United States.
1982 to 1987: President of Rent Rite Car and Truck Rental, founder and developer of a local independent car rental company which, through continued research and development, acted as predecessor to Rent Rite Car Rental Systems, Inc., the eighth largest car rental company in the United States and a subsidiary of TRVLSYS, Inc.
1979 to 1984: Executive Vice President of Lovato, Lovato and Associates and managed general sales operations for the auto title service and after-market sales products for automobile dealership clientele. Mr. Lovato directed sales efforts for the company and doubled profits, as well as managed an investment portfolio in excess of $1,000,000.
